I’m a beginner—will I be okay in your classes and Small Group PT (SGPT)?

Yes absolutely. Rinto Fitness classes and SGPT are beginner-friendly. Coaches guide you step by step, offer easier options, and make sure your form is safe. SGPT gives you small group attention so you get personal support while still training with others. You can start at your own pace and build up gradually, so you’ll be comfortable even as a complete beginner.

Do you have female personal trainers?

Yes, we have qualified female personal trainers available to support and guide you through your fitness journey.

Do you offer Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)?

Yes, we offer SGPT sessions where you train in a small group with a coach. This gives you personal attention, guidance on technique, and a motivating team environment while still keeping it beginner and intermediate friendly

Do you offer one-to-one personal training?

Yes, we provide one-to-one personal training with qualified coaches who create tailored programs, guide you step by step, and focus entirely on your individual goals and progress.
